How long will it take to repair my item?
We try to make every effort to complete repairs during the initial service call. If parts need to be ordered, repairs will be made promptly upon the arrival of ordered parts.
Which payment methods do you accept?
* Cash (on-site)
* Checks (made payable to READINGER MOBILE RV SERVICES)
* Credit Cards (all major credit cards accepted with a 3% processing fee added)
Why are there service call fees?
A service call fee is a fee to insure a technician and cover travel time to your location, vehicle maintenance costs, and all the logistics associated with scheduling from any point to your location. A service call fee allows customers to stay where they are and the technician to come to customers' locations. (As a result, customers avoid having to take time to hook up their trailer, take it to a shop, and pay for fuel costs.)
How are service call fees based?
Service call fees are based off of mileage from our home base to your location using Goole Maps. Please see our pricing chart under our Services page.
Does Readinger Mobile RV Services have a shop I can bring my RV to?
No, we offer mobile RV services only.
Does Readinger Mobile RV Services offer RV storage?
No, not at this time.
Does Readinger Mobile RV Services perform PA state inspections?
No, state inspections are required to be performed at a licensed state facility. Although we do not offer this service, Brett was a state inspector and still has an up-to-date inspection license.
Does Readinger Mobile RV Services buy and sell RVs?
No, not at this time.
Does Readinger Mobile RV Services work on engines or transmissions?
No, not at this time.
Does Readinger Mobile RV Services wash RVs?
It depends; some stipulations are required, so it is determined on a case to case basis.
